Our Solution:
Some carpet materials can be more sensitive to cleaning solutions than others. The eco-friendly carpet cleaners we use are all non-harmful, to ensure no damage occurs to any rug or carpeting we clean. To remove the pet stain on the carpet and the tracks of mud, we scrubbed down the surface area to first get rid of all the external dirt. Then we took a carpet steam cleaner to the fibers and dissolved the leftover stains that sunk into the fibers. That allowed us to then absorb and wipe them away, leaving the carpet clean and unharmed.
